Aloo bahar-e-achari

This is my first post, i hope you all like this.

Aloo bahar-e-achari

cooking time : 10 minutes
Servings : 2

Recipe:

Take 3 boiled potatoes cut into cubes, cut fine 1 onion and roast it brown in oil, add 2 sliced tomatoes, add sliced green chilli, amchoor powder, jeera, pisa dhaniya, salt to taste, garam masala, turmeric powder, and half spoon of masala/oil of achar prepared in home. Mix well and cook it for 2-3 minutes, garnish it with chopped coriander.
Ready to serve with Parathas.
